Refund & Returns Policy
At Homehappytails, we want you and your pets to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return To start a return, please email us at a1realpropertiesltd@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- A photo of the item if it is damaged or faulty
We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refunds Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Grooming tools that have been used
- Cooling mats that have been opened and used
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Where a return is required, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
